Pros

Remote workplace. Everyone is kind. Good exposure to Google and its ecosystem. The marketing department is the best in the company.

Cons

The company just fired half the employees over video call...as a group...right at the holidays...with no notice. Impersonal and unprofessional. The sales team doesn't know how to sell so revenue tanked. Below market pay. Upper management failed to act on critical business objectives. They elected to "measure twice, cut never." Their status as a Google Partner is in jeopardy as the relationship has soured.

Pros

We were working on some interesting projects.

Cons

They literally lied about the status of the company. Some colleagues asked a few months before if everything was fine, and leadership assured us that plenty of projects were in the pipeline. Then suddenly on 12/08/2022 they laid off 50 employees which was ~50% of their workforce. I saw previous negative reports from others about this company and it was shrugged off by leadership when I was interviewing. Leadership said they restructured and that everything was steady now, and I bought it. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company as-of 12/09/2022. Also note that they only reimburse 75% of accrued vacation time NOT 100% upon leaving the company.
