      Pros

      I have been with DivIHN for 12+ years and am quite satisfied with my experience. They are transparent about everything and there are no unpleasant surprises. The workforce brings healthy diversity and the ambiance is family-like. The Leadership team is very much in touch with the business, the IT industry and the employees. The Marketing team is very friendly, resourceful, and accommodating about your preferences and needs. The HR team does a great job and always has the answers to your questions.

      Pros

      Great people at all levels of the company - everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together in accomplishing the mission. DivIHN has all the great qualities of Culture, Management, Career Advancement … all with a personal touch which makes it very easy to work with. DivIHN do their business in a transparent manner and very open communication throughout. No hidden agendas and no unwanted surprises. Great atmosphere and place to further your career.

      Pros

      Always willing to help employees with problems. Timely billing and gentle reminders on timesheets. Personal attention to detail for consultants. Active in resolving problems or get other jobs at an engagements ending. Active in networking not just for the company but the employees as well. A caring factor I have yet to see in another consulting company. Willing to train in new fields.

      I can't think of any negative aspects.
