      Approachable management & staff however your approach always results in an ulterior agenda on how to use you for their benefit instead of assisting you.

      Cons

      Employees join for monetary benefits and their legal status is in your hands. That does not mean you should mislead them at all given times.

      Good pay and perks So far projects are consistent Transparent communication between Project managers and HR Client base is good

      Cons

      would be better to have more inhouse projects and self development to be released to market Would be better to have family insurance included with the perks
