      Great place to add technical skills

      Pros

      The projects here are very technical and require a lot of low level processor and HW knowledge. The team is very tight and well established in implementing sensor data acquisition systems for space, automotive and military use. You'll come up to speed quickly on producing a full system from SDK to production. Great place to grow as a FW engineer.

      Cons

      Very fast paced, so little room for errors and schedule slipping. Not a good place if you want to coast, there is a lot to learn.

      The company is an Industry leader with a well-established customer base.

      Cons

      The company is privately held and it can be easy to get on the wrong side of the owners when offering points of view not necessarily held by them.
