Pros

Pay Sometimes good breaks between flights Views

Cons

They do tend to overwork you. They micromanage you if they don’t like you. They have extreme favoritism. A lot of supervisors and some managers are lazy and let the little bit of superiority get to their heads. They are rude and if they do not like you, they will make your life hell. They like to make up random rules. Full grown adults but they gossip like teens. They will also treat you differently if you’re not caribbean/spanish, one of their favorites, and if you’re gay.

Pros

Good company, pay is good compared to other companies at the airport. Very Organized company.

Cons

Shift Swapping is a lil hard but cant really complain. Can't really move up more than supervisor or trainer on the ramp.
