Salary is coming on time last Friday in the month.

Cons

Working mainly weekends, they split also very often your free days. They are very strict regarding the time. The amount of calls is tremendous, you are barely hanging off one call the next comes, for such numbers of calls the working time should be maximum 7 hours with one hour break and the salery should be much higher because of the working shifts (1 and 2) and weekends. Only if you are desperate take this Job. I'm through them outsourced for Emirates contact centre i do all the job for Emirates but have zero emirates benefits. Shame on them.
