      Pros

      Good hours (only sometimes when they are not trying to cut costs), flexibility, interesting job

      Cons

      Management team have no leadership skills, no compassion, take no responsibility for their actions, very inconsistent in SOPS, so unprofessional - talk about people behind their backs, sharing secrets of employees amongst each other, no reward system/no regard for hard workers, promoted based on who you know, favoritism, no fairness or equality in terms of assigning new opportunities to employees - a lot of employees are left behind have only one job to do but others have three or four thus causing a low morale, split shifts, shift work - not for everyone.
