      Being part of the emirates group is full of benefits. Having the challenge to understand. Live and work together with hundreds of different nationalities. Living in Dubai and the surrounding areas and facilities

      Cons

      To many restructures . And to many senior management changes that change the direction of the company ever 2 to 4 years . In the early days the staff welfare was looked after by the company. Sorry to say this has changed and is a risk due if you lose you job you and you family lose the right to live in the country

      Pros

      Starting as fresher at dnata will be helpful for those interested in travel industry. One of the better travel companies in the region and has international presence.

      Cons

      Slow career progression and very limited growth. Certain department managers/management have no understanding of ground realities. Depending on department you can look at long hours with no proper compensation.
