Easy money. Simple job. It does not necessarily require diplomas or degrees. Suitable for those few who have passion for airplanes.

Cons

The poor working environment and bad management on the part of the employer. Low salary. Little attention to human values.

Being part of the emirates group is full of benefits. Having the challenge to understand. Live and work together with hundreds of different nationalities. Living in Dubai and the surrounding areas and facilities

Cons

To many restructures . And to many senior management changes that change the direction of the company ever 2 to 4 years . In the early days the staff welfare was looked after by the company. Sorry to say this has changed and is a risk due if you lose you job you and you family lose the right to live in the country
