Pros

You get more if you work more. Decent employee discounts on most things. Platinum card. Flight discounts. Yearly bonus.

Cons

Bye to your social life and free time especially if you're full-time. Shift system is bad compared to Emirates and can be taxing over time. No off days on public holidays, although you get compensated for it, but it's not worth it in my opinion. You have to bid for your annual leave and it can be rejected. Dealing with a lot of clueless passengers can be really stressful.

Leadership development would be good, need to care more about the employees. Head office very far removed from the day to day. Would recommend being open-minded and embracing new ideas
