Pros

From day one I felt that communication flowed both directions. Supervisors aren’t distant — they ask how you’re doing, offer help, and don’t just drop feedback but follow up. That makes tough calls and long nights more manageable.

Cons

Not all managers are equally responsive.

Pros

Ambulnz doesn’t just throw you into the field and hope you swim. The initial onboarding was thorough, and field supervisors actually check in — not to micromanage, but to make sure you're growing. It’s a great mix of mentorship and freedom.

Cons

Some days the call volume dips and things get slow — depends on the region.

From EMTs to dispatch to management, the teamwork at DocGo is real. Everyone communicates, everyone contributes. It’s a huge difference-maker when you’re managing high-acuity calls or dealing with tough scenes.

Cons

No - I really like my work, this experience is much better than past EMS jobs
