There’s a lot of room for good ideas to grow and processes to tweak until they fit your needs and the needs of all teams. Great camaraderie within the UX team.
Cons
Can be very corporate, if you consider that a downside. Sometimes changes are implemented simply for the sake of change itself without any real reasoning shown to support the value of the change.
