Pros
- The company is quite transparent. - In my experience and context, the managers were open for discussion on any topic, always trying to find the best solution for both the company and the employee. - I feel the company values the quality of life of its employees.
Cons
- It's not possible to work fully remote (e.g.: in another country). The company has recently allowed one week of work anywhere you want, but only one week. - The salary is on the average, more to the lower side.
