Toxic culture with bullying and high turnover

People in the team and a few of the managers are nice and helpful.
Cons
Half of the team has left in the last two years. The organisation has been performing worse and worse. Your actual numbers do not matter here. Upper management gave their favourites teams and made-up titles, while the people who did the actual bulk of the work were bullied and neglected. Constant reorgs to accomodate them. These people are bad at their jobs, and they have destroyed the culture. Examples of things that gets you targeted include: having tattoos, being sick or disabled, needing time off for a medical emergency, using the "wrong" meeting room, not being good-looking enough, being the wrong gender, coming from the wrong country of origin, looking for a new opportunity, or simply making one of upper management's favourites feel intimidated by your performance. If an AE needs a scapegoat, you are going to be dragged and placed on a PIP. If an AE decides to disrespect you or be abusive to you, you have no protection. The best performers have been neglected, abused, and driven out. HR is not only not your friend, but they are actively brought in to intimidate you.
