- Great managers who care about you. - Team-based environment. - Colorful office space. - Great perks and benefits making work fun. - Employees and managers are constantly improving processes and communication (innovative). - Managers, coworkers and CEO are down to earth, smart and kind.

Cons

- Getting low on desk due to consistent growth. - Overall organization (although this is continually being improved).

Pros

I've read some of the negative reviews and I don't get it. I guarantee I'm not getting paid to write a good review. This is honest. I'm relatively new but I'm impressed with Docutech. The CEO is a great guy. He's busy but hey...he's the CEO. In fact, I haven't met anyone there I didn't like. There are a lot of company perks and I was impressed with the onboarding and training when I first started. The salary range is competitive, especially for a private business in this area.

Cons

It's really busy and there's a lot going on. I don't think it's for everyone but some people thrive in that environment.
