Pros

Occasional free lunch, most coworkers are relatively friendly, and free soda. Decent benefits if you're willing to shell out roughly $800 a month for them.

Cons

The company doesn't know what direction it really wants to go. Products are launched prematurely. Company has a bad reputation and will prey upon those who haven't heard.

Good opportunities for growth. Plenty or work to go around. Co-workers are friendly and helpful. Fun culture.

Cons

High turnover at various levels of the organization. Also the expectation to work long hours for salaried employees. 401k match doesn't kick in until after 12+ months of employment.
