Worked excess if my fifty hour weeks regularly was terminated which I can accept typically it happens in food industry however my assistant was wrote up only for the exact thing I was termed over no training whatsoever basically taught myself dm seemed frustrated when I would ask questions or try to get better managers in for my location

Upper level management that will call you to work in the middle of the night, on weekends, Christmas and Thanksgiving for “emergencies.” That aren’t really emergencies. They expect you to do the work of 5 people because they don’t want to spend the money necessary to hire the proper number of employees. Very cliquish. Low salaries. Nepotism.
