      People are all kind and supportive, great company to work for!

      Cons

      Very few. As far as careers in the hospitality industry, there aren't many companies that are better to work for than this one.

      - Great working atmosphere with people who are willing to help no matter their title - Interview process was straight forward and in depth - Everyone has great passion for the company and the future

      Pros

      I recently started working at Doherty. I joined the team a little afraid that I wasn't going to connect with anyone because I'm in my early 20's and the large majority of the team is old- however, this wasn't the case. I LOVE that everyone makes an effort to teach me new things while being open to learning about my perspective AND actually trying to supplement the old with the new. I can see myself growing here and I'm excited to see how Doherty evolves overtime.

      Cons

      There's a lack of diversity among the corporate office team.
