great leadership,, they "get it" when it comes to real life concerns with managers and associates, Leadership is accessible, Culture of WOW is not just talk, its lived every day up and down the organization

Cons

meal discounts are inconsistent varies by location, would like to see AFLAC and a VSP type vision plan added to benefits. Otherwise there are no real cons to this company!

If you wish to work in the Restaurant/Hospitality Industry then this is the company you want to work for. Excellent Benefits, Management that truly cares about you, and a corporate office staff that is always available to address any of your needs.

Cons

Nothing that really stands out at all. Great Corporate Culture!

True belief in company vision and mission. Vision is to be the best food service company in the communities we serve, operating with integrity, treating people fairly and giving back to the community. Mission is to WOW! Wow every guest, every time, Wow our people, Wow our community and Wow our suppliers.

Cons

We strive constantly to be the best and along with that comes hard work, some stress and your feet being held to the fire.
