      Pros

      Teamwork oriented company that cares about our employees and continues to grow. Many people have been promoted and been rewarded for hard work. I love that we help in the community and do lots of charity work.

      Cons

      Advice-Find a company that takes care of its people like Doherty ! If you don't get that vibe then do not take the job.

      The people are great, very supportive and the opportunities for growth are limitless. I have been working for Doherty for over 20 years and have been able to grow in my position. If you want to work for a company that really cares about their people then Doherty Enterprises is the company for you.
