Pros

Very good company to work for; many benefits and upper management very nice and helpful.

Cons

The hours, I didn't mind working nights; but every night closing did not work for me; the other managers had the better hours; closing hours can be shared which was not the case. This job is not good for people that would like to put their kids to bed and read them stories.

Overall, the franchise is a great place to work with ongoing training, outings, great benefits, and a support office that goes above and beyond to help whenever called upon.

Cons

No real cons. Based primarily on Applebees and Panera, but has other specialty concepts that they are growing, so adds a lot of opportunity for growth.
