I really can't think of any. The company lives up to it's reputation of being a terrible employer, and then some.

Cons

Employees treated like garbage No overtime pay until 50 hours Little to no building maintenance Management refuses to address known issues Trucks are all filthy, and are in disrepair Everyone from lower management up seems to be completely incapable of being honest about anything

Good hours Decent pay

Cons

No overtime pay until over 50 hours but you will rarely work over 50 hours No benefits until after 6 months Very intense labor ( use pallet jack to move 2000 pound product with no help) Dispatch is very rude and sarcastic most of the time, shows lack of empathy Very physical demanding everyday
