Pros

High level of professionals in the company. Everyone seems to engage with each other smoothly. There are opportunities for everyone to grow in the company. 100% remote, lots of perks, and you get to know people from everywhere in the world :)

Cons

None so far. I've only been in the company for 3 months.

Particularly in our Product and Engineering group as we work to tackle the largest challenges facing the public cloud ecosystem today. As a fully remote company there are a TON of advantages but there are some trade offs too. You're right that we don't get to meet in person all that often, which is why we offer so many ways to engage with team members virtually and why we also invest heavily in making our in-person annual kickoffs so special. I hope you were able to join us in Barcelona this year, but if not please jump into some of our virtual options and feel free to meet up with Do'ers in your area for lunch, drinks, apps, etc!
