      -Excellent and professional interview experience, focused on technical and interpersonal skills needed for the role. -Amazingly professional and detailed onboarding experience, giving the requisite time and support needed to become a valuable member of the team. - Supportive and friendly work environment, fostering creativity and professionalism. - Excellent work - life balance

      Pros

      DoiT is a most remarkable company for a number of reasons. It has a strong commitment to learning, with everyone willing and eager to help advance the knowledge of those around them. The company is highly efficient, and its processes reflect this.

      Cons

      Rapid growth has left some people, particularly in leadership, playing catch-up. The company is much bigger in reality than their mindset has yet realised, and sometimes things are done in a way that would very well suit a company of dozens but do not perform as well in a company of hundreds.
