      - Extremely intelligent cohort of staff - Trust in employees to get the job done - Staff/team are extremely passionate about what they do and why the organisation exists

      - I can feel slightly isolated at times with my line manager and broader team due to time zones

      Pros

      - The team stands behind our culture of working as one team and seeing projects through to the end. - Fast growing company with an innovative spirit - Hard working mentality in every department. - We're building and growing our business. It's clear that people take pride in their work and do their best to set egos aside. - While it's work, I'm having fun and appreciate the team/group connections made while working remotely - My job/role is as advertised during my interview process. That hasn't always been the case in my career so I appreciate the talent acquisition team's transparency (both upside & challenges) - I've taken ownership of my role. I see that as the result of leadership trusting me and giving me the autonomy to execute on my plan.

      Cons

      We don't yet have the overall brand awareness in certain geographies that we'd like to have however, that is improving every day and we're willing to earn the reputation that we want. I prefer to see this as more of a challenge that we will overcome soon.
