      A great organization that is in hyper growth mode and you learn a lot within a short period of time. C-Suite on down are all very helpful.

      You get to work with some really smart, friendly and helpful people. You will learn a lot on this job, it's great if you love the challenge. Teamwork and collaboration have been really good. Self development is highly encouraged; the company wants the best talent and wants to keep the best talent. We have challenging problems to solve as well as time to learn. One of Google's largest partners.

      Cons

      It's still a relatively small company, growing fast. It's hard to find good people, so we cannot grow as fast as we need to. Also being a small company, there are some things you just need to figure out for yourself. There are no guard rails; not a bad thing, just be aware.
