Ignore many of the negative reviews. 90% of them come from people who were not willing or able to keep up with a startup pace and were looking for a comfortable, low effort role. This is not that kind of company. There is a clear performance culture. Regular reviews, clear expectations, and accountability are real. People who do not perform are put on PIP, which is exactly how it should be. I want to work with high energy, engaged teammates who care about results and are willing to evolve. From a technical perspective, the stack is strong and modern. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you are not just a services arm.
