Pros

DoiT is not a “comfortable” company, and that is intentional. We operate at a "startup" pace, with a strong bias toward execution, ownership, and learning. If you are looking for predictability, slow change, or minimal expectations, this is not the right place. If you want to work with strong engineers or exceptional sellers, build real products used by serious customers, and be held accountable for impact, it probably is. We have a clear performance culture. Goals are explicit. Feedback is direct. Performance reviews are real, not ceremonial. You’ll find many exceptional Software Engineers, Forward-Deployed Engineers, and sellers here. Contribution is not limited by title; if you have a good idea and can execute on it, you will be heard. Many features and improvements come directly from people in hands-on roles.

Cons

Ownership is a core expectation. People are trusted to run projects end to end, make decisions, and learn from mistakes. That freedom comes with responsibility. We expect every Doer to understand the business context of their work, not just ship tickets. This is a demanding environment, but it is also a place where strong people grow quickly. If you are motivated, curious, and comfortable being measured on outcomes, you will likely do some of the best work of your career here.

Pros

DoiT is a strong environment for people who like moving fast, learning constantly, and being held to a high bar. Ignore many of the negative reviews. 90% of them come from people who were not willing or able to keep up with a startup pace and were looking for a comfortable, low effort role. This is not that kind of company. There is a clear performance culture. Regular reviews, clear expectations, and accountability are real. People who do not perform are put on PIP, which is exactly how it should be. I want to work with high energy, engaged teammates who care about results and are willing to evolve. From a technical perspective, the stack is strong and modern. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you are not just a services arm. You are close to the product, influence real design decisions, and are encouraged to contribute back to the platform. That level of trust and inclusion is rare and genuinely motivating. If you are a high performer, curious, and self driven, this is a great place to grow and have outsized impact.

Cons

This is not a slow or relaxed environment. Expectations are high and the pace can be intense. If you want a predictable, low pressure job where you can coast, this will not be a good fit. Ambiguity is part of the job and not everyone is comfortable with that.

Pros

DoiT truly stands out for its strong take-ownership and succeed culture, where employees are empowered to think like owners and are trusted to drive meaningful outcomes. The company encourages proactive problem-solving, accountability, and continuous learning, creating an environment where ideas are valued and impact matters more than hierarchy. Collaboration is deeply ingrained, with teams supporting each other to solve complex customer challenges while maintaining a high bar for technical excellence. Leadership fosters autonomy while providing the right guidance, making it a place where motivated professionals can grow rapidly, innovate confidently, and genuinely feel proud of the results they deliver.

Cons

The company is adapting to market change and demand very fast which might become really overwhelming to few employees. But this is necessary to keep company growth trajectory.
