The support from the team is exceptional, with a commitment to deliver the company vision. The company also invests heavily in continuous learning and innovation.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, there are challenges. Work-life balance can sometimes be affected due to the dynamic and constantly evolving nature of the work. The company does encourage and offer coaching on work-life balance, but the fast-paced environment combined with remote only can sometimes blur the lines between work and personal time.
