Leadership always makes sure I got everything I need to perform my duties: training, tools, support. They are always making sure life/work balance is right.

Cons

Some procedures are just being put in place so they may take a bit to be completed.

A Rare Company

Pros

Every architect and engineer brings deep, real-world production experience. The team is highly senior, genuinely smart, and passionate about helping customers succeed. The work is consistently interesting, and you’re surrounded by capable, thoughtful teammates. Bureaucracy is minimal, morale is high, and people are trusted and empowered to support both customers and each other in meaningful ways. Anyone considering joining should be ready to keep learning and growing. Technology evolves constantly, as do customer needs, this is a place where experience meets the cutting edge, and coasting isn’t an option. Working across regions and roles in a fully remote environment is a refreshing change and enables strong collaboration without unnecessary friction. Easily the best company I’ve worked for. It won’t suit everyone, but if you value teamwork, empowerment, continuous growth, and a high standard of excellence, it’s likely to be a great fit.

Cons

Everyone is different but being fully remote can be both good and bad. Staff would like more in-person events

Global Collaboration and a Strong Remote-First Culture

Pros

Focus on Output: Since remote work is in the company's DNA, there's a real sense of assurance. You don't lose focus worrying about office rumors or changing location policies; you can just focus on your work. Global Exposure: I manage local business while collaborating daily with world-class talent globally. It's a level of exposure you rarely find in traditional, country-siloed companies. Direct Feedback Loop: As an architect, I get to be an early adopter of our own cloud management platform—testing features and giving direct feedback to the product teams. It's rewarding to help shape the tools we deliver to customers. Transparency: Leadership is impressively open about the business direction. There's a genuine respect for employees and a "flat" feel where you actually feel heard. Growth & Agility: The company moves quickly to stay ahead of the market. With constant additions to the product portfolio, the work always stays fresh.

Cons

Requires Adaptability: The pace is fast and the scope is broad. You have to balance working on the software platform while delivering high-level consulting for various tech trends. Because the business evolves quickly, you must be good at catching up and adopting changes on the fly. It's a great environment if you like variety, but it might be a challenge if you prefer a very static, predictable routine.
