Pros

- 100% fully remote culture! Emphasis on _culture_. If this is what you are seeking (I do), then it cannot be overstated - dynamic, collaborative - strong growth (which means constantly new opportunities, job security etc) - a lot of freedom to work autonomously and do what's right - strong leadership team

Cons

None for me, but you obviously need to enjoy working remotely.

DoiT is a remote company so work from home is an excellent benefit. The onboarding process is second to none, detailed and very well organised, and was a great introduction to the role. Remuneration is excellent with a respected work/life balance.
