      Pros

      it is a best role for those who have been working at AWS as PDM, PSM, and/or Sales role because DoiT leverages AWS program in the best way to help customers and increase revenue at the same time.

      Cons

      it maybe difficult to work for someone who does not have AWS experience before.

      Pros

      great product, full autonomy on what you need to do and base salary is really great

      Cons

      During the interview process, I was told that I will have a 9 months ramp + MBOs and it changed to 6 months with reduce quota instead. This is disappointing as they are not delivering what was promised.

      A great place to grow

      Pros

      The best part about working at DoiT is the people. Since starting, I've always felt that the people around me weren't just here to support, but wanted to see me succeed too. There's a feeling that when one person wins, the whole team wins.

      Cons

      When a company is growing as quickly as DoiT is, things change every week. While this can be exciting, it presents it's own challenges especially in the form of processes and best practices. But DoiT understand this and continue to work to improve.
