* Entirely virtual workforce, so great meetings etiquette and no 'hybrid' meetings * Helpful team and great atmosphere * Infinite holiday allowance and generous internal recognition solution * Responsive management with a mindful approach * Real opportunity for impact, recognition of work and ability to influence the business

Cons

There's still a job to do, so that holiday allowance is balanced with helping customers grow and have less friction in the cloud

Thank you for sharing! Working 100% remotely absolutely ensures that our entire global team is free from the location bias that can be a hurdle in most hybrid arrangements. Our team is tightly aligned while also being incredibly autonomous, with the same access to support, resources or even our Exec leadership team, no matter where they are. Unlimited PTO is an awesome thing, but you're right that we also each have a job to do and we expect all Do'ers to meet the commitments of their full-time roles while also balancing the inherent flexibility that comes with working remotely. Great company with clear value proposition and offering. Super collaborative environment where everyone is happy to help you and share information. Also, DoiT is a fully remote company, making it easier to work from wherever you live at.

Cons

No cons so far as I've recently joined, so I expect this to continue in this way.
