Pros

Every other Friday Off. Salary plus equity & bonus.

Cons

Continuous reorganization’s & layoffs. Communication team fluffing Glassdoor reviews. Marketing is hot mess - going on 3rd CMO in 5 years. Zero Mktg Vision or strategy. Multiple Mktg leaders learn their job on the job, oversee products in which they literally have NO past experience. Sexist old boy corporate culture. Seriously Lacks diversity & women in leadership.

Dolby Labs - SF stalwart

Pros

Consistent revenue numbers, high percentage of license revenue, collegiate atmosphere. Employees are provided autonomy and can build deep expertise.

Cons

Lacking "high tech" company perks (sodas, food, onsite services). Although only a small fraction, negative employees, those with poor work ethic, and those who are even rude are tolerated. New office is in Mid-Market.
