      90% of people in Dolby Sydney office have a engineer/researcher background, including the managers. This creates a really R&D focused work environment where you can spend most of your time doing meaningful and cool things. Salary is not in the top tier, but work-life balance is outstanding.

      Cons

      Senior level decision making is quite conservative, resulting slow-paced R&D.
