Pros
Interesting work, never dull, always new challenges and surprises. Management seems to be interesting in doing a good job motivating and empowering people, and also interested in diversity and balanced teams. NIce people, lots of allying behaviours.
Cons
maybe a little disorganized due to frequent reorgs and confusion over who does what. There might be backroom politicking rather than upfront statement of values and expectations, assigning work fairly, and rewarding accordingly.
