Nice people, flexible 8/80 work schedule, great products from a legacy brand

Cons

Multiple marketing restructures in past several years, with focus on becoming DTC and developing the in-house marketing capabilities taking a back-burner under new management. Operated entire year without clear marketing plans or strategy under new CMO.

9/80 work week. Nice office. Slow paced and most don’t show up to work. WFH AKA not working today. Good brand.

Cons

Soul crunching. Absolutely ineffective at developing quality software. Everything is farmed out. The core tech has known bugs. No one cares about quality. Over run by lifers. Management is secretive, dishonest and poor planners. Constant reorganization and firing. They are incentivized to prolong problems and purposely hinder the success to prolong projects for mutual leadership job security. A shell of a company with a good brand.
