Pros

Great culture of geeks and creative people. Not just a tech company, but a hybrid with an entertainment company. Old school company with people who have been working there for more then 30+ years. Also, every other Friday off, great location in the city, and opportunities to travel.

Cons

Company never had an agenda for UI/UX. Career advancement seem difficult depending on department. UI/UX felt like an after thought mostly.

- Encouraged to try and learn new things. - Opinions of everyone is considered and listened to. - Varied skill sets amongst members in the team, allowing for great overall learnings, especially for beginners. - 9/80 work schedule. - Overall a good place to work.

Cons

- Being market leaders in Audio and Video (recently) capabilities, with a bit of focus, could expand to various new modern arenas around entertainment. - Top management could communicate the direction the company wants to take, a little better.
