      Pros

      Talented, creative staff and exciting, often disruptive products. Good benefits and working environment. Strong marketing budgets and excellent brand awareness

      Cons

      Dolby had a reputation for taking care of their staff, but now they are just another company. This is more a reflection of the current market vs. the standards Dolby once set. Blanket global decisions - due to being mainly managed centrally from San Fran, making the business culturally insensitive.

      Pros

      Established and well respected brand, small company feel, A players, 9/80 schedule (great work/life balance), people are respectful, the work is interesting and challenging, and you get to work on cool technologies. Great company culture, beautiful SF office, takes innovation seriously and is positioned for success in future.

      Cons

      Things don't always happen overnight, but the company is paying attention/working on that.

      Pros

      The salary and benefits. New SF office is great. Cheap lunches.

      Cons

      Outdated systems, old school co-workers, lack of innovation, constant restructuring, unorganized, tries to have a culture but still very tech-bro, lack of diversity. Did I mention all of the tech bros or rejects from other tech companies?
