      Pros

      Work is amazing. Leader in audio and soon will be the leader in video technologies. I love what I do here. Really smart people to work with. I always wonder why many of employees have been staying here for ~12 years. They are like me i.e quality of work.

      Cons

      Compensation wise not a good place to be at. HR people think that they pay as per the market rate but it is not true at all. However in this competitive market, it wont work. Many employees leave for a year or so and come back to work here and get a good pay raise. Best strategy to get best buck for the hardwork.
