Learned a lot, good work life balance. Cutting edge tech stack. Nice office and Gym. Great insurrance and good benefits.

Cons

Planning and Scrum is more waterfall than agile, and incompetent steakholder overreaching, making services more complex than necessary and upgrades difficult.
