Cons

Culture of consensus and entitlement to opinions without data driven recommendations hobbles positive, aligned decision making. Lack of business discipline creates chaos. Lack of consistent application of accountability and responsibility allows costly bad behavior, and makes business discipline decisions appear whimsical or illogical.
