      Good management support, great work environment, opportunities to learn, nice location, good balance of work and personal life, overall good experience

      Cons

      Can't think of any, traffic hour can be busy, far from the 101 north, the city can be cold sometimes

      Pros

      Dolby is a very respected engineering and research organization. It's got great name recognition so it makes it fun to be a part it. The people here are experts in their field yet very down to earth and the creative side of the employees makes for a very well-rounded people.

      Pros

      Competitive remuneration. Excellent working environment. Expectation is not to stay until midnight every night to get things done. Focus on quality. Coffee machines, fruit etc provided.

      Cons

      No complaints really. Less access to staff deals compared to US employees. Product managers can be difficult.
