      Pros

      It is a very nice firm with friendly people. Everyone knows each other even from different teams. It was a great experience with them. The pay was above average for internships. Great vibe and company culture. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      The computing resources were shared across teams and could get popular around certain time. Would love to see more GPUs/TPUs set up.

      * Interesting job with challenges * Flexible hours * Well known name for CV * Good culture with smart colleagues (engineering level only) * Great package * Great office (even though rather empty post-covid)

      Cons

      * Flexible hours (easy to work overtime on evenings or weekend if you don't put your limits) * Execs are useless and don't really know the product * Entire divisions can be scrapped at any time * Slow reaction to market with too much inertia * Periodic reorg with big layoff (multiple per year)
