Pros

Great brand, incredibly smart people who are passionate about what they do, good work life balance, small teams, collaborative environment, innovation in other areas in addition to audio, hires incredible talent (people tend to stay for a long time - good retention), great new building in SF and every other Friday off.

Cons

Decision making can be slow at times.

Pros

The company seems interested in the well-being of its employees. 1275 Market street is a brand new building with many amenities. 9-80 work week gives employees an extra weekday to enjoy. Never pressured to work overtime. Flexible hours. Truly the leader in the audio space. Many 30+ year employees with lots of experience to share.

Cons

Not at the bleeding edge of software development (most development is in C). Old school methodologies and software development philosophies are hard to budge at times. Not many young engineers.
