Pros

The Work / Life balance is good and the other employees are great to work with.

Cons

Management will lay-off entire teams at a time so don't get too comfortable. If you are one of the lucky ones not losing your job then prepare to take on the workload from your fired colleagues, in addition to your already assigned tasks of course. Your new co-workers are guaranteed to be outside of your timezone.

Pros

-Great industry working with world leading companies -passionate employees -9/80 work schedule

Cons

-leadership is a dumpster fire right now (some good, but senior leadership need to step in) -overly political -no growth or moment in the company -lot of lifers not willing to adapt while you are also left scratching your head how new hires were offered their jobs
