Pros

9/80 work Hybrid Benefits Profit Sharing

Cons

RSU options shrank over the past few years while the Execs took more. Suffers from shiny syndrome distractions and often cant stay the course. It has all or nothing focus and if your business unit isn't the core focus zero support. Has to many long time managers that chide berede & belittle direct reports. Zero empowerment.

Pros

Great people, amazing technology, used to be a great place to work

Cons

Executives and leadership are in positions they are not qualified for. Inconsistent and contradictory messaging from HR and leadership has lead many employees to feel they are no longer valued, Blatant age and gender discrimination from leadership down. They consistently make bad decisions after bad decisions which has lead to many failed initiatives and poor financial performance. They seem to be in a downward spiral
