Pros

- Employee Benefits (average corporate) - Media industry gives exposure to some cool things

Cons

- Extreme lack of diversity (out of 12 execs at time 10 were white men and 1 white woman) , racism in terms of deciding career progression as well as overall treatment is common - Managers aren't understanding nor are they helpful in career development - Office politics hold more weight than actual performance - Work is cyclical and very dry with little room for cross functional work , requires almost 0 finance skills to be able to perform the tasks - Company doesn't have motivation to grow - they're happy with status quo - Compensation is less compared to other companies in market - Micromanagement is common throughout teams with little room for creativity or learning

Pros

9/80 excellent benefits and decent compensation.

Cons

Not a place to advance if you are a person of color. Do be fooled by their constant touting of diversity and include. The finance org ha practically no managers of color.
