Pros

- 9/80 schedule, but normal to work on off-Fridays because of the workload - Nice office facilities and up-to-date technology - State-of-the-art theater for employees

Cons

- Normal for manager to speak disrespectfully and unprofessionally to employees. Culture of public shaming. - Long work hours - Misled about job tasks during interviews - Micromanagement, including focus on minute details instead of performing value-added work - Managers only focused on completing their own job tasks and not your development as an employee

Pros

9/80. It doesn't suck. Somewhat interesting technology.

Cons

Terrible politics Brown nosing seems to get you ahead here. Very poor long term growth prospects. No strong leadership. They have a corporate shakeout every few years, so I don't expect the current crop of VP's to last very long.
