Surrounded by very creative, intelligent coworkers. Most US workers are on a 9/80 schedule.

Cons

Company used to be a beacon of stability. Now it is constantly searching for new revenue streams and hiring and cutting teams, causing turmoil.

Pros

Benefits are great - 401k, profit sharing, and off-Fridays. Very intelligent people.

Cons

Change /reaction times are slow. As of late, lots of layoffs and employee morale not great. Hoping it'll turn around soon. Not much diversity, so with the layoffs and hiring strategy, looking forward to see what those numbers look like in a year from now.
