Pros

Nice environment. Amenable to remote or hybrid. A lot of good, smart, collaborative people, but sadly that is changing with attrition and layoffs.

Cons

Salaries are somewhat lower than comps. Technology leadership is slow and undecisive, without being informed by tight relationships with business needs. Becoming more corporate and bureaucratic. With new tech leadership there are several rounds of recent layoffs, which seem to target very good people and leave those remaining wondering about rhyme or reason.
